Micheale Thompson's artistic journey began very early. Crochet with her Grandmother, photography with her father and ceramics with her mother. Continually experimenting with new mediums, she began bead weaving in 2002, and lampworking in 2010.
Natural inspirations appear throughout her work. Capturing delicate flower petals or the immense grandeur of the universe and anything in between with colors found throughout nature.
Micheale currently focuses on combining her lampwork creations with beadweaving and metalwork creating unique wearable art.
